• Installation of new shower cubical

• Update old shower combination pipework behind the wall to a new shower mixer style tapware (if preferred)

• Extra support behind the wall for future shower chair or shower rail if needed (please request if wanted)

• New wall sheeting

• New waterproofing behind the shower cubical (floor to near ceiling)

• Form 16 Certificate of compliance for waterproofing

• Shower floor bedding updated and made level with the shower floor if possible - allowing for easy walk-in access to the shower

• New tiles to wall and floor, including new soap dish or product shelf if requested

• New grout

• New updated quality shower tapware, including a mixer tap with shower rail, rose and hose
