A hot water system, both gas & electric, has an expected life of 10- 13 years. These days we get the opportunity to remove the original hot water systems that we installed decades earlier & replace it with a new modern more efficient hot water unit.

Here is an example of an instant gas hot water system that we installed 16 years ago. Over the past 16 years, this particular Bosch continuous flow gas hot water system has been serviced, but it was time to update & replace it.

Being a single bathroom home, we selected the Rinnai B16 Continuous flow Gas Hot Water Unit.

All our hot water systems are installed in compliance with Standards AS/NZS 3500.4, AS/NZS 3000 and all local codes and regulatory authority requirements and a QBCC form 4 issued.
